Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with current customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about live events, and understands the value of high-touch, premium service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound leads

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with consistent communication and personalized service

  • Present and sell premium hospitality offerings for sporting events, concerts, and special events

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales using CRM tools

  • Stay current on industry trends, venue offerings, and competitor activity
     

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, sports, or event services

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and basic sales reporting

  • Passion for live events and delivering high-end client experiences
