Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies that promote our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads for our premium hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including email, paid ads, SEO, and social media

Collaborate on content creation for website, landing pages, social media, and client communications

Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve ROI

Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels

Assist in event marketing efforts including targeting, outreach, and recap reporting

Stay current with marketing trends and best practices in sports, entertainment, and hospitality
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in hospitality, events, or sports)

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Illustrator and CRM platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with current customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about live events, and understands the value of high-touch, premium service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire new customers through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound leads

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
